In this video we will see how to make Plum cake recipe in Tamil. Plum cake is enjoyed by many during the festival season and is also referred to as Christmas cake. Traditionally in this fruit cake, the dry fruits and nuts are soaked for a month in alcohol. However for general purposes (plum cake without alcohol ) soaking them in grape juice would be just fine. If you don't have the time to allow the dry fruits to soak, them boil them in juice for 6-8 mins and allow it to cook before incorporating into the cake batter.
