15 MIN Cardio & Tone Pilates Workout | DAY 4 Challenge | Light Hand weights
Hii,
We are more than half way through this 7-day Pilates challenge. I'm so happy that you are still here and joining me for yet another quick workout. This full body workout will get your pulse up a little bit more than usual and use exercises that will tone your muscles. If you don't have any hand weights at home you can always use something else like water bottles or cans, or you can just do it without any extra weight. Keep up the great work!
I am so excited for you to join me for the rest of this 7-day challenge. You will only need 15 minutes a day! For anyone who is new to the channel, welcome! We will be focusing on all body parts, lengthening and toning all those muscles.
