Hey Peeps! Part one of the sew-along is going to cover choosing your size, tracing your pattern and making alterations to the pattern pieces. I also talk you through cutting out your fabric (as I didn't film this).
When cutting out your flounces you will need to cut four of the bodice flounce and 4 of the front skirt flounce. The back skirt flounce is cut on the fold so you will need to cut 2 of this piece (not 4 as I state in the video) instead of the 1 the pattern calls for.

Fabric wise you want something with good drape, mine is a viscose fabric. Rayons, crepes etc will work really well. Similar Fabrics to the one I used;
