A personal grievance is a type of complaint that an employee may bring against a current or former employer.
A personal grievance can be brought against an employer for reasons such as being unjustifiably dismissed, having actions taken against you that put you at a disadvantage, discrimination based on gender sexual orientation, as well as religious or political beliefs, as well as sexual or racial harassment.
