Gansu from South to North (part 9) From Dunhuang I head into the Gobi Desert visiting some 2000 year old Han Dynasty remains - The famous Jade Gate Pass and Sun Pass, a section of the Han Dynasty Great Wall of China and finally to the border of Xinjiang in the Yadan National Park. Where The Silk Road and The Great Wall meet seems like a very fitting end to this adventure.
