1.First used in first year in Physiology lesson when recording blood pressure is taught for the first time.

2.We use it normally in day to day practice during general medicine and surgery rotations.

3.In oral surgery to record blood pressure before tooth extractions.

4.To palpate the temporomandibular joint while examining head and neck.
