Vegan Matzoh (Matzah) Nachos for a great vegan Passover snack!
Ingredients/Directions:
~ Add 2 layers of Matzoh and Vegan Cheese such as Daiya Cheddar to a Non-stick baking pan (matzoh then cheese, then matzoh then cheese - 2 layers makes it hold up better, and yes, I seem to be missing one photo in my video, oops!)
~ Bake at 400 degrees F until the cheese melts, anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes
~ Add your favorite Nacho toppings such as:
Jalapeño
Green Onion
Tomatoes
Salsa (I like Chipotle flavored salsas, but pick your favorite!)
Toffuti Vegan Sour Cream
(Avocado or Guacamole - I didn’t have any in the house but next time for sure I will add that!)

(Not everything is K of P so it’s a bit reform in that regard for Passover observance, just use what works for you.)
p.s. - I found these nonstick backing pans by David Burke that have no PTFE or PFOA and they work great, I went and got more sizes
