Polls close in Russia today on constitutional reforms that would extend President Vladimir Putin’s rule until 2036, and outlaw gay marriage, among other measures. As FRANCE 24 correspondent Nick Holdsworth reports, unofficial results suggest more than 70 percent of people in parts of Russia support the reforms.
