Note: I'm absolutely not a fan of the original Jewel of The Nile DLC.
I'm sure whatever modder modified this added some changes. But not really something anything particular I noticed.
If there were any changes I would've definitely rooted for something which made the level friendlier to new players, which it seriously was not :'D
