This Swiss Army Knife is excellent for EDC, bushcraft, camping, and survival.
Sturdy and reliable (for a folding knife, don't go crazy with the batoning)
One hand opening for the blade and saw
Comfy grip with rubber scales
Lighter than the rangergrip (never handled one so I won't go further in the comparison between the two)
The blade has a rounded point and serrated edge on the first 2/3 of the edge, and a plain edge at the base.
My guess is that it is to rip through material faster when cutting jute, twine, vines and so on, as well as for rescuing someone and cutting away their clothes/seatbelt fast without poking them.

Putting the plain edge portion closer to the hand is highly functionnal, you can carve with precision and power this way.
