This is what I'm currently running on my Magicka Dragonknight for solo PvP during the Deadlands patch.
If you are new to Magicka Dragonknight or PvP in general I would recommend running 2 infused cost reduction jewelry instead of 1, and possibly changing your blue tree champion point slottables from 3 offensive slottables and 1 defensive slottable, to 2 offensive and 2 defensive.
If you don't like plaguebreak I would run burning spellweave instead.
