Quick and Easy Way to make a Perfect SILKy, SMOOTH Steam Water Egg that melts in your mouth!
INGREDIENTS:
2 large eggs (100 ml)
1 cup knorr chicken stock (250 ml)
pnch of ground pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp of green onion
chili-optiional
drop of oil
enough boiling water for steaming
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. steaming plate,-- if using china plate which is thicker add extra minute longer
2. microwave plastic film-need to cover water eggs or wrap lid of pan with clean cloth
3. fine sieve-strain egg liquid to remove bubbles
4. more water, longer time to steam
5. if using plain water, season a little bit of salt or seasoning powder of your choice
Personal Note: I started to reduce carbs in my diet (just me in the house) and this smooth silky steam egg is so yummy that i finished wishing for more. This is also good for KETO DIET.(some friends are on KETO DIET BUT NOT ME, JUST LESS CARB)
