A Bryco T-380 pistol discharges a full magazine during a safety test in 2005. The gun fires repeatedly after the slide is released, even though tester Carter Lord never places his finger on the trigger. After removing the empty magazine, Lord turns to his co-tester and says, “At this point in time, as far as I’m concerned this test is over.”
