INGREDIENTS
3 lb. Beef loin flap meat steak, cut inti thin stripes
1 Tsp Chili powder
1 Tsp Cumin
1 Tbs Coriander
1 Tsp Garlic powder
1 Tsp Onion powder
1 Tbs Olive oil
1/2 Tsp Fresh ground black pepper
1 Tsp Kosher salt
1 Lemon, juiced ( 2 Tbs )
For the peppers
1 Orange bell pepper, cut into long stripes
2 Red bell pepper, cut into long stripes
1 Yellow bell pepper, cut into long stripes
1 Large Sweet onion, cut into thick stripes
For the salsa
2 Ripe tomatoes
2 Scallions
1 Jalapeno
1 Lemon, juiced
1 Tbs Olive oil
1/4 C Cilantro
1/4 Tsp Black pepper
Kosher salt to taste.
