Useless and Underpowered
Sly is useless cause movement already screws with the AI's aim so they land maybe 1-2 per burst of bullet so +40% just makes it 1 bullet lands and the buff works better for bullet hoses than single shot weapons as firing and holding it when the buff turns on gives you 2 seconds of +evasion rather than going poof.
Crescent is bugged cause the lift is about 3 seconds not 8. It is completely underpowered compared to the Medjay due to single vs aoe stun.
