This webinar organised jointly with TPS and Transport for the South East (TfSE) focusses on the local transport challenge of achieving continued economic growth whilst decarbonising transport.

Government have set the challenge of decarbonising the entire transport system in the UK by 2050. Meeting that target requires us all to do better at joining up our transport decarbonisation, and planning goals in both urban and rural areas.

But how do we decarbonise the transport system whilst still providing for the needs of a growing economy? What do we need to do to encourage people to travel less, reduce the length of their trips and make more of them using sustainable forms of transport?
