(13 Nov 1994) Three busloads of Israeli tourists were allowed into Jordan for
the first time on Sunday (13/11) as part of organized groups
following the signing of a peace treaty last month. About 100
Israeli passport holders went through two new border crossings.
Two buses went through the River Jordan border post between Beit Shean in Israel and Irbid in Jordan and one through the Red Sea border between Eilat and Aqaba.
