Frankfurt Airport is Germanys busiest airport and one of the busiest airports in the world. It is the main base for Lufthansa and is their base of operations for the bigger planes such as the Boeing 747-8, Airbus A340-300 and Boeing 747-400.

This video was filmed along the end of runway 25 at a very popular spot right beside the famous autobahn in August of 2022. You can spot runway 25L/C arrivals and departures all day from here. The area does get quiet busy with plane spotters and aviation enthusiasts wanting to snap shots of some of the cooler aircraft that FRA has to see, even during weather like this!

I filmed this video with the goal of showing aviation enthusiasts or people with a general interest in watching planes what you can see in Frankfurt. Most people can’t travel around the world for a hobby and those who can’t don’t get to see what can be filmed at FRA. This video serves as a way to give people their curiosity fix and to also allow those who love to watch planes to do it from the comfort of their own home!
