Congress Leader Mani Shankar Aiyar made a derogatory remark against PM Modi calling him a 'Low life'. Mani Shankar was reacting on a comment made by PM Modi who targeted former PM Jawaharlal Nehru for sidelining the contribution of Dr. BR Ambedkar. Aiyar back in 2014 called Narendra Modi a 'Chai Wala' and promised that he can never become the Prime Minister of the country. Then PM candidate Narendra Modi and other BJP leaders went to town using Aiyar's comments to portray Congress as an elitist party that does not care about the poor.
