Reformer Flow 1.75! A class I love for a group of regulars who are ready to level up to 2.0. Yellow spring work for added core control & balance, curtsey lunges & single leg dead lifts for practice in control and moving slowly. I like to go through a box flow as my main flow many for CP classes. Thanks for working out with me!
