This isn't your moms chicken salad!!! We smoked the split breasts on the @recteq RT-B380 Bullseye at 300 degrees fro about 90 minutes until they were 165 degrees. The shredded chicken was mixed with candied pralines, raisins, parsley & mayo for the Ultimate Smoked Chicken Salad..... If you don't believe me give it a try and comment down below!
