I remove the scratches from my new engineered wood flooring in 1 minute. It is very easy and fast when you know how, and the scratch is not a deep gouge.
I used the Osmo Polyx Oil 3062 Clear Matt. This worked best for me since when my floor was laid, this was quickly applied twice as a protective layer. I recommend putting a protective coat of something on your new flooring to make repair in case of accidents.
