President Joe Biden has scheduled a state funeral in Washington for former President Jimmy Carter, on the 9th of January, 2025. Flags have also been ordered to fly at half-staff for 30 days. Carter, the 39th US President, died at his home in Plains, Georgia after several months in hospice care. White House Correspondent Owen Jensen reports.
