In this video, I perform a full restoration my great-grandmother’s antique oak cabinet that used to sit in their farmhouse storing garments, blankets, and other items for decades. The entire piece was falling apart so I had to completely disassemble it and put it all back together, plus refinish it. Additionally, it was not square or level so I had to contend with that issue as well. Ultimately, I think the finished product came out well, and my mother, the current owner of the cabinet who I'm restoring it for, is ecstatic that an heirloom piece of hers is back in usable condition!
Thank you for watching, and don’t forget to subscribe for more restoration and woodworking content coming out of my shop!
