Belzona 1331 is a two-component coating system for erosion and corrosion protection of equipment operating under continuous immersion, up to 50C (122)F.
The coating demonstrates excellent resistance to erosion. It is spray-applied which makes it suitable for large-scale applications. Maximum overcoating time is 24 hours but overcoating can take place in as little as 3 hours, allowing this two-coat system to offer a quick turnaround and reduce downtime.
Available in grey and white, Belzona 1331 is easily mixed and applied at ambient temperatures.
In this video, we are going to demonstrate how to mix Belzona 1331 by volume
First, open the base and solidifier containers and remove the seal caps, and put them aside.
Stir the solidifier and empty the contents into the base container.
Mix thoroughly until both products reach a homogeneous consistency and color.
