Hello and welcome back to Lord Fenton Gaming plays Ultima V Warriors of Destiny. I am your host Lord Fenton In this first part of Ultima V walkthrough let's play video, I am going to show you all on how I hole up camp to getting information. Yes it is my information gathering phase of the game. I want to make sure I get some important clues before start my real resistance run against Blackthorn. Along the way I will get a bad feeling from one of the Shadowlords. It is time to see how the town of Britain is after I leave this world the last time. Note: I am playing the original MS-DOS version of the game. The version is from GoG. This time around I am using Pix's Ultima Patcher. I cannot link it here since YouTube hates links from other websites like it. Instead just google Pix's Ultima Patcher. It will help with the issues the Good Old Game Version had with character transfer from Ultima IV, adds music from the Apple version and plus any other fixes.

Note: The Shadowlords are invading towns and areas in the game. If you see a message on the screen as you enter the town, run away than come back 24 hours later. There are three of them traveling all over the world doing this. You do not want to fight a Shadowlord unless you found means to kill them. So AVOID conflict with them at all cost. Shamino almost got PKed because of this.

Note: As much as I like Gwenno I am not keeping her in the party for long. The reason being is I want one of each class and that number is 4. Her stats are great in Dex however Str takes large hit. Iolo has much more of a balance bard stats. If you want to go for 6 than she might be the one. You want to drop off any party members you do not want for long and/or replacing for better at inns.
