I have a longer version on my YouTube channel if you want to check it out, but here's just a quick run down of my current diet!
First is a smoothie composed of oats, berries, almond milk, a banana, and protein powder. I drink that about 2 hours before my workout, and then right before I leave I take half a teaspoon of salt, and half a teaspoon of no salt, mix it in some water and chug it down for some quick electrolytes. Then I drink some pre workout on my way to the gym. After my lift, I drink 50g of protein powder with 8g of creatine, which is currently completely free with code “MAXE” until tomorrow, plus 46% off everything on the website. Then I eat some yogurt with mixed berries and nuts, before chowing down 1 entire kiwi. Then I have some grilled chicken, hand crafted by my mom, with rice and buffalo wing sauce and 1 sliced up apple. After some cardio, I eat that same meal again, but this time broccoli instead of the apple. And then I have 1 pathetic scoop of peanut butter for healthy fats, and 1 more protein shake before going to bed for a total of 220 grams of protein, 220 grams of carbs, 50g of fat, and a mere 2200 calories.
