Cloudy with drizzle and mist ending after about 9-10 pm., then just cloudy with chilly temperatures in the low to mid-30s by Monday morning. Winds will be switching to the northwest behind the departing low-pressure system. Snow will taper off in the mountains after midnight but watch out for icy spots, and a refreeze overnight in the higher elevations.
