This video introduces the Actors, Content, Context, Process (ACCP) Conflict Analysis Framework. The ACCP Framework is a simple and systematic way of understanding conflict, for the purpose of mediation. The framework provides both a comprehensive conflict overview and a flexible structure with which mediation practitioners can address the dynamic and complex nature of conflicts, and mediation processes, today.
Part 1 of this video provides an overview of the ACCP framework, and part 2 introduces basic principles on how to use it.
