Chia Beet Detox Water

INGREDIENTS
Beetroot - 80 grams
Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Chia seeds - 1 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/8 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder - 1/8 teaspoon
Honey - 1 tablespoon
Water - 500 milliliters
PREPARATION
1. In a jug, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
2. Rest for 5 - 6 hours and refrigerate for 2 hours.
3. Serve.
