Dreamworks' 2013 film The Croods is a mixture of The Flintstones and Ice Age, and it's filled with great animation and voice acting.

The Croods features the voices of Nicolas Cage, Emma Stone, Ryan Reynolds, and Cloris Leachman, and it follows a prehistoric Pliocene family's quest to live outside the confines and safety of their cave life. Along the way, they find out about the wonders and dangers of a new big world.

It's an enjoyable film for everyone in the family, but while your kids are fully enthralled with its plotline, there are some other things that only adults notice about The Croods.
