At least 2000 people have been displaced and twelve schools closed as tension remains high in the Neisuit area of Njoro, Nakuru county following inter-community clashes. Area Member of Parliament Charity Kathambi wants the national government to halt the ongoing Mau eviction exercise until peace prevails.
