@manda_jiro is one of our favorite udon restaurant in Tokyo, Japan! The noodles were thin for udon noodles, slightly translucent and shiny✨ The texture was chewy and elastic, and the noodles were very satisfying.
This shop gets busy during lunch time so I recommend going at night!
