We had the pleasure of taking on the epic task of creating a party to remember for the iconic Shangri-La London at the Shard NYE party.

We were tasked with transforming 4 rooms in the hotel below

Ting restaurant (@tinglondon)
We installed lighting throughout, professional sound system with delay speakers throughout, stage with black carpet and mirror edging, mirror DJ booth and an amazing DJ Live act with DJ, singer, sax, percussion and violin

Sky Lounge
This room was the main room and big wow factor, with live band, live DJ and sax. We installed a large gloss black top and mirror edging stage, a 20ft mirror dance floor, 10 x moving heads, 65” tv screens with custom graphics and count down, 80 uplighters, large pro audio system with main sound and delays, on site lighting and sound tech.

The Bathroom
You heard correct! We transformed the bathroom with uplighting and pro DJ, with a compact mirror DJ booth.

Karaoke Room
Karaoke system with professional microphones, audio desk, speakers system and lighting.

It’s fair to say the event was a huge success and we have a short video of that night for you to enjoy!
