Incline EZ Bar Curls - 3 sets (15-20reps)
Single Arm Cable Extensions - 4 sets (20reps)
Altered Dumbbell Curls + Hammer - 3 sets (15each)
French Press - 3 Heavy Sets (12reps + 3 ugly)
Just so we're clear on what a working set is... It's failure at or right before the number you're trying to hit. Don't pick a weight that will be too easy for you, your body won't respond and you won't grow!
