Scythe Big Shuriken 3 RGB is a good choice of a cooler if you're having limited space for a tower cooler. I've been building many compact rigs sot the Big Shuriken 3 caught my attention and I bought it with confidence in the Scythe brand, I was not wrong and the cooler impressed.

It's not pricey and not huge, it works as expect and manages to tame the AMD Ryzen 5 3600XT. What's more important is that it remains sufficiently low profile, I love the way it mounts to the motherboard, and above all you can swap out the fan as long as you are able to acquire screws of the right height.
