While in CV-19 lockdown, Kawasaki New Zealand staff and friends decided to tackle a 341 hour old 2008 KX125 and restore it to it's former glory. Borrowing many components including front suspension, brakes, subframe, seat, fuel tank and plastics from the 2020 KX250 4-stroke, this KX125 2-stroke has a modern twist.
Now that New Zealand is out of lockdown, who better to put it through its paces than NZ MX2 #2 NZ Kawasaki Race Team rider Josiah Natzke.
Turn the volume up and listen to the raw (no music) 2-stroke pure sound of Josiah Natzke spinning a lap at Moto Central, North Island, New Zealand.
