During our December 2016 cruise aboard the Norwegian Escape, we checked out Food Republic by Pubbelly. The restaurant was open for both lunch & dinner. The menu had an array of very interesting sounding dishes, some are fusion ones for sure. We could not try them all of course, but of the ones we ordered, the best ones were the Bulogi Tacos, Pubbelly Ramen, Salt & Pepper Calamari & Japanese Squid. We were not too impressed with the sushi- in fact for the sushi rolls on the Norwegian Star's Asian Specialty Restaurant Ginza was better:

But there were definitely so many other dishes that we would definitely want to try next time at the Food Republic.

The menu was on a touchscreen tablet as you can see. You also would order directly from it as well. First are the overviews with pricing and then later on in this photo slideshow you will see the individual dishes with the detailed descriptions.
