In this video I will show you how to connect four 12 Volts batteries as one 24 Volt pack connected to solar inverter rated at 24 Volts.
We will use the series-parallel connection type with proper fusing while connecting to solar inverter.
You will find here live example for series and parallel connection and you will know how to make it safely in particular how to avoid surge current in case of one battery failure.
The phenomenon of voltage equalization between batteries will be discussed.
