Sarah Ferguson could make history at Princess Beatrice's royal wedding. When the 31-year-old ties the knot with fiancé Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi next year, the Duchess of York could break new ground as a royal mother of the bride and be the first to be included in her daughter's wedding certificate. Back in March, a British law was passed that in part allowed a couple's mother to be included on the document, and Beatrice's nuptials would be the first royal marriage where this new rule could come into effect.
