Today more about predetermination. How to live, if all is predetermined? Does predetermination make life easier?
Once we fully realise, that everything on the physical level of experience is predetermined, we need total acceptance of what is. Everything is the way it is, because it can not be any other way. It’s inevitable. Every action, no matter how tiny it is, causes ripples that spread beyond time and space, experienced on the physical level. Over numerous lifetimes.
Unconditioned acceptance is a huge relief.
We can shed all the emotional and mental baggage. Who cares how we got here, whether our decisions were right or wrong, it couldn’t have been any different. We can finally stop the blame game. There’s no blame going around any more. No one, and nothing, is to blame for what is. Also all the fear of the future can be released into nothingness. There’s nothing to fear. It will be the only way it can be. Stop fretting over decisions. You can kick the worrying out of your life. Full acceptance is the key. This is where the massive relief comes from. Daily existence changes from being heavy and burdensome, to being light and easy. There’s a certain ease of living, that was never known before, and joy that comes with it. There’s inevitability of everything, that takes away the daily burden of living.
There’s no more need to go over past and future events again and again. Instead, use the time to practice no thinking, and getting away from surface thoughts. Release yourself from the grip of surface thought fluctuations.
Go with the flow. Do what follows naturally. Although everything is predetermined, you don’t know what the future holds. So just do what feels right. Try to avoid causing harm to yourself or others, because it brings about a huge distress in the surface level, very strong ripples that spread over many lifetimes, and give rise to distressing mental fluctuations that we’ll be caught in, again and again. Everything that disturbs natural state of the mind, which is peace and balance, brings about future distress, for as long as we stay caught inside the surface thoughts. If we move away from the surface thought fluctuations, deeper into the still part of the mind, predetermination does not exist. There are no ripples, everything is still and at peace. So practice as much as you can, it helps immensely in getting away from surface disturbances and predetermination. It makes you feel at ease, comfortable with yourself and others.
With time you will develop understanding of the flow of things, direction in which they move. Follow the flow. You will also develop a deeper sense of what is right or wrong action, beneficial or harmful. You will naturally steer towards the more natural and peaceful actions.
A lot of time in this life, is spent on so called human psychology. Deliberating over hows and whys. You can let it all go. There’s no more use for them. Embrace the ease of predetermination.
Importantly, try to avoid being caught inside the thoughts. Learn to contemplate things when the mind is still. That’s when insights into things take place. You will understand everything much more profoundly, on all levels of experience.
