NBC Today Show correspondent pretends to row a canoe in deep water during a storm, but it is only 6 inches deep. I live in NJ and there was a lot of flooding in this area during this storm. So this may be a fake representation of the news because they didn't film her in the deep spots, but it's not fake news in that they did not intend to give you a false story about the weather. They should have just let her drift through the deeper area.
