There’s no better muffin than blueberry, change my mind 🤤🫐 these muffins are large and chock full of delicious blueberries 🤤 what’s your fave fruit?!
Nutrition (1 muffin):
160 cals, 12P, 15.5C, 6.5F
Ingredients (makes 4 muffins)
-45g all purpose flour
-45g @pescience vanilla protein powder (discount code FIT15)
-3g baking powder
-2g ground cinnamon
-50g @lakanto brown Monkfruit
-1 egg
-60g light butter/margarine, melted
-75g unsweetened applesauce
-80-100g blueberries
Directions:
-Preheat the oven to 350F
-Mix the dry ingredients together, then add the wet (mix in the blueberries last)
-Line your muffin tin with liners and pour the batter in to make 4 muffins
-Bake for about 30 mins, let cool and enjoy! 🫐🧁
