Interesting case seen in Ophthalmology Casualty
Patient presented with 3 days history of A Large Floater in their Vision.
VA - 6/36
No Pain or Discomfort. Mild Redness.
Lots of Vitreous Cells = Vitritis
Few Anterior Chamber Cells and Mutton Fat Keratic Precipitates = Granulomatous Anterior Uveitis
As the Inflammation is PREDOMINANTLY in the Vitreous.
Diagnosis = Intermediate Uveitis with Anterior Segment Signs
