Hi this the first video I uploaded here in Youtube, I am new in making travle videos however, I've been travelling a lot and I've been to 20 different countries. I am sorry if the video is not as good I just want to share our Sapa experiences travelling in a motorbike.
So to go to Sapa we fly to Hanoi and ride an overnight bus, there's also train that go to Sapa from Hanoi however, due to COVID it only runs twice a week which is not suited for our schedule. According to Shane (my husband) it will the best experience as we will see more backpackers and foreign travellers. On our first night we decided to stayed in the town proper as we want to try the lively and vibrant energy in the town. While staying in the town rented a motorbike to go around we visited Cat Cat Village it is a cute village that caters the tourists very picturesque I would say staying here in Vietnam they are really good in creating places to expand their their tourism industry. Heading back to the town proper we don't stay all night due to curfew restaurants and bars are only open until 12 mid night so we thought that two nights staying here in town will be enough. So finally headed to the moutain to experience serenity and the beauty of the nature. We stayed in Heaven Gate Hotel in Tram Ton Pass, I highly suggest to stay in the bungalow overlooking the jagged mountains of Indo-China it is very beautiful especially during sunset. This hotel also have temples on top of the mountain and have an instagrammable features that I've seen in a couple of travel vlogs, for those who wants to have a pictorial this is a perfect place for you. On the other side of the temple you can hike down on the fairy stream about 1,200 steps down but if you want to go back you have to make the same step going up to go back to temple. After spending a night to the mountain we headed to valley and booked a nice room overlooking the rice terraces in Supan Village where black H'mongs live. We stayed there for two nights it was a great experience especially hiking along the terraces seeing the villagers and their routine in the morning and how they live is just a great way to see their culture. We also do some motorbiking around the village and headed down the foot of the valley we found a village that is the jumpstart of hikers for a multi-day hiking in the mountains. All in all we enjoyed our Sapa trip and hopefully we can do more trips while we are here in Vietnam. Thank you for watching.
