Toor dal/ துவரம் பருப்பு-1 tbsp
Chana dal/கடலைபருப்பு - 1 tbsp
moong dal /பாசி பருப்பு - 1 tbsp
Urad dal | உளுந்து - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds / சீரகம் - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli / காய்ந்த மிளகாய் - 5
turmeric powder / மஞ்சள் தூள் - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves / கறிவேப்பிலை
Carrot / கேரட் - 1/2 cup
onion / வெங்காயம் - 1/2 cup
Coconut / தேங்காய் - 1/4 Cup
Coriander leaves/கொத்தமல்லி இலை
Salt to taste | உப்பு
