Train Heroic Coach Stephane Rochet takes athlete Matt Couch through the barbell lunge. The lunge is a great way to build unilateral (single leg) strength and power.
Points of Performance:
-Rack bar in either front or back rack position (back shown)
-Lunge out far, with chest up shoulders back
-Weight should land in heel, knee should track over foot and stay vertical (not pressing forward over toes)
-Drive back through heel for next rep
