Compared to the high-speed aerosol filling line, this machine is much more affordable. It includes the basic parts of the auto aerosol filling line: cans arranging table, valve feeding machine, valve correction device, 2 liquid filling heads, 1 crimping head, 2 gas filling heads, packing table.
The production speed is about 35-40 CPM. It is suitable for factories with moderate production speed demand. Except for the conveyor belt in this production line uses an anti-explosion motor, the other power input of this production line is from compressed air, therefore safety is ensured.
