an exclusive interview, Founder, and MD of Drishti IAS Dr. Vikas Divyakirti commented on Delhi’s infrastructure and said the whole of Delhi is sitting on a pile of explosives. Vikas Divyakirti’s statement came in the wake of the incident after three students died in the basement of a coaching institute after being flooded in Delhi’s Old Rajinder Nagar. He has a safety parameter to parents and students and strictly advised them to personally check if the coaching institute have at least two exits.
