Survivors, ready? A brand new season of the iconic CBS reality show is coming to your T.V. screen this month.
"Survivor" has announced the 18 new castaways who will compete to outwit, outplay and outlast each other for the show's 47th season. Competing in three tribes of six, the castaways will test their mental and physical stamina as they navigate an ever-changing social game.
Jeff Probst will be returning to host the new season of "Survivor" which premieres at 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, with a special two-hour episode. After the premiere, fans can look forward to 90-minute weekly episodes at 8 p.m. on Wednesdays.
This new crop of competitors features an ER doctor, a flight school owner, an A.I. research assistant and one familiar face who's looking to take his political prowess to the beautiful islands of Fiji — “Pod Save America” co-host and former Obama speechwriter Jon Lovett.
Let's meet the rest of the castaways competing for $1 million and the title of "Sole Survivor."
